Welcome to The Royal on Main.  This is a boutique hotel located on Main Street in historic downtown Batesville, AR. We have taken an historic commercial building built in 1897 and transformed it into eight modern suites.  Each one includes a great mixture of vintage historic characteristics and have upgraded them with modern amenities (heated floor tile, towel rack and heated bidet toilets, etc).  

 

Since we do not have a full time staff member at the hotel, we tried to design each suite to be as self sufficient and convenient as possible.  This is to provide you with a relaxing peaceful retreat in our downtown area.  While we do provide you with starting supplies we do not provide daily housekeeping services. For longer stays we will provide housekeeping service once a week for general cleaning, change of bedding and towels, and replenishment of supplies.

Downtown Batesville has many local retail stores, excellent restaurants, movies, parks and churches.
